Our Team

The TM Grace Team delivers excellent service and unsurpassed quality! With a vast range of professional experience, each member of the TM Grace team works diligently to provide professional general contracting services for both commercial and residential projects. We carry all the necessary licenses and insurance permitting us to work throughout the Denver Metro area. We are a true Design/Build, Turn-Key Builder. This allows us to provide services from pre-construction to move in! Our areas of expertise include: Ground Up Construction, Large Residential Additions, Kitchen and Bathroom Remodels, Basement Remodels, and Complete Historic Renovations. We have also performed Tenant Finish for commercial spaces throughout the Front Range as well as specialty projects for The Denver Zoo.

Tony Shafer, AIA – President/Architect

A 1999 graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder School of Environmental Design and a 2001 graduate of the University of Colorado at Denver Architecture Master’s Program, Tony is a licensed Architect in the state of Colorado and is responsible for the design and general project coordination of all TM Grace Builders’ projects. Tony also holds all necessary state and city contractor’s licenses for the company. He has been recognized by the Denver Post for his talent in restoring historic homes, and has earned a high regard from past clients. From initial feasibility studies to final construction drawings, Tony oversees all aspects of the design phase as well as estimating, scheduling, and project accounting. Along with his architectural qualifications, Tony also brings nearly 30 years of construction experience to the team as the owner/operator of TM Grace Builders.

Mallory LeFebre- Architectural Designer

Mallory is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Denver with a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Architecture. As an Architectural Designer, Mallory directs the design procurement for TM Grace Builders. She prepares the necessary construction drawings and specification lists for all jobs, which include submissions for soil testing, building engineering and permit applications. Additionally, she lends her talented design eye to the process and works diligently to help clients visualize their projects through creating full color renderings for their review. All of her preparation efforts in drafting construction drawings and detailed specification books keep the project on point, on time, and within budget.

Bailey Hancock- Project Manager

Bailey works as the Project Manager for TM Grace Builders. She brings years of career experience working in and around retail and construction. Her experiences bring a high level of understanding and wisdom in her interactions with our customers, suppliers, and vendors. Her presence on the team provides a ready assistance to our clients and subcontractors. She is particularly helpful in assisting our clients during the design and selection process of their build. Bailey joins our clients as they visit the many supporting show rooms for material and equipment selections. Bailey is also responsible for creating and monitoring each project’s construction schedule. Schedule is key to quality construction and keeps us within budget.

Mailys Steiblen- Design Assistant

Mailys graduated from the University of Colorado at Denver, with her Bachelor of Science in Architecture. She is the Design Assistant at TM Grace Builders. Her primary responsibilities include assisting in the design phase, creating construction documents, making renderings, and following up on progress throughout the construction process. Originally from Europe, Mailys brings a unique style and design eye to the table. She is always eager to help, and excited to learn more about Architecture through her experience with TM Grace Builders.

Elizabeth Hanna- Accounts Payable Manager

Elizabeth works as the Accounts Payable Manager for TM Grace Builders. She ensures that all the files & records of our projects are accurate and organized. It is tempting for some construction companies to be focused on the act of construction itself and leave the other administrative and record keeping efforts to a minimum. We believe it is our strength to be disciplined and maintain a focus on accurate data collection and retention. Her efforts allow TM Grace Builders to maintain the company’s data records to be fully accountable and visible to clients in our weekly/monthly tracking meetings.

Michael Ferrini- Construction Manager

Michael works as our Construction Manager overseeing the construction crews. His efforts ensure the high quality of execution that our customers expect. Daily management of our crews keeps job site productivity high and drives projects forward. Micheal is charged with looking ahead and removing obstacles that may hold up project progress. These important activities include demolition, site preparations, field installation, and maintenance, all of which create a smooth work flow throughout the entire construction process. Micheal works closely with our design team, office staff, subcontractors, and local building officials to facilitate an efficient process.

Jared Garcia- Construction Technician

Jared works as the Construction Technician here at TM Grace Builders. He maintains the job sites, ensures safety and cleanliness, and helps transport materials. Jared assists in site preparation, and performs a variety of tasks to ensure a well-run construction site. He enjoys the challenge, hard work, and the sense of accomplishment that working on a construction project provides.
